Class will cover how to prepare, smoke, and present Turkey, Prime Rib and Ham for your holidays. Come and learn the best ways to prepare your holiday meals. This class will include how to prepare, cook and present Turkey, Prime Rib and Ham. Participants will get to see what goes into preparing these meats along with tasting the finished product. 3 lucky participants will go home with a ready to cook dish. Darrin Williams of Ash Kickin' BBQ will be teaching this class. His YouTube page has over 27,000 followers and Darrin placed highly in the MN Barbecue Society Pro teams this year.
