We are looking for an experienced commercial property (office building) maintenance manager to keep a 100 unit office building running smoothly. the position is full-time with occasional evenings and weekends depending on the tasks. We tend to have fast pace and exciting environment. We want someone that works hard and is willing to learn new skills. 1. Sime skill examples we require at some degree or another. no professional experience in all things, but at least a basic knowledge: Framing, drywall, tape and texture, cleaning, plumbing, basic electrical, some HVAC, 2. English as a primary or secondary language, must be fluent, 3. must have your own pickup truck and no drugs or substance abuse issues 4. you just be a legal resident of Arizona USA. 6. What type of personality: We want someone that like learning new skills, does not take shortcuts on projects, works efficiently and cares about what it is they accomplish. 6. Skills that are not needed, however, they would be a bonus: Computer skills, having your own tools, carpentry skills, creativity. We pay every Friday and you would be a 1099 private contractor.
