Circles Big View invites you to learn from under-heard voices, sharing about their lived experiences with the system of fines and fees. Circles NWA is a poverty reduction initiative helping low-income families move out of poverty and working to reduce the barriers that keep people stuck in poverty. At our monthly “Big View” meetings, we invite the community to learn from under-heard voices, sharing about their lived experiences interacting with various systems. Our November topic will focus on the cycle of fines and fees, a barrier that keeps many in our community locked in a debtor’s prison.
