Please note that the listed examples do not include all tasks, which may be expected within this job position. • Reliable • Cleans as directed by way of mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. • Keeps public access areas and kitchen area clean and maintains them according to the standards. • Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies. • Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to the appropriate personnel. • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. General Requirements: Experience: Experience as a janitor in a restaurant or equivalent commercial kitchen is preferred Qualifications: Strong oral communication skills.
