ITC Engineering Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Facility/Yard Maintenance individual(Handyman) to join our growing team. Responsibilities: • Clean office on regular basis including Restrooms, Kitchen • Paint, patch, texture and drywall • Maintain office yard, mow the lawn • Repair lighting systems, plumbing fixtures like leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc. • Performs minor electrical maintenance like wall switches and outlets, motion sensors, power windows, LED fixtures, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc. using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools. • Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair; make notes and recommendations Required Qualifications Include: • Experience in the areas of responsibility listed above • Legal status to work in the U.S. Compensation: $22/hr - $25/hr depending on experience.
