Summary/objective—As the fabrication project manager of the Fabrication team, you will work cross-functionally to plan, manage, and communicate the full scope of custom build activities happening within a given an on an assigned show. You will be responsible for ensuring all inventory needed is available prior to each starting project. Essential functions— Leads the planning and implementation of custom Fabrication projects. Develops, updates, and maintains accurate project timelines. Program machinery Schedule and manage orders. Coordinates with Fabrication department to ensure the project deadlines and inventory are met. Create drawings for custom stone. Responsible for all aspects of fabrication, including actionable construction drawings, conveyed in their entirety to appropriate fabricators, establishing production benchmarks for timely completion of projects, communicating to fabricators the hours allotted to each item in the proposal, and assurance that allotted hours are not exceeded. Quote projects, as well as prepare fabrication drawings. Liaison between customer and fabrication department. Required Skills & Qualifications— Experience providing direction or supervision to the team. CNC program experience Knowledge of Quality Control Review Construction drawings. Education & Experience— Minimum 2 years of experience with stone fabrication and in management. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel). Customer-service oriented. Time management skills. Planning and delegating skills. Attention to detail. Math skills. Physical demand— Bending Operating forklifts Walking Must be able to lift 50lbs, push, pull or carry objects. Travel—No Job Type: Full-time Monday-Friday Pay: $28-$33 per hour With additional commission pay
