GENERAL SUMMARY Under the direction of the TPC General Manager and Tennis Director, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the playability of all tennis courts, cleanliness of the pools, and safe walkways. This job is performed mainly in the early mornings before members arrive at the Club. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS AM cleaning and cleanliness of 11 tennis courts and 1 pickle ball court with a blower or squeegee. Responsible for making sure each tennis court is safe for members play. Cleaning of the 3 swimming pools, baby pool and hot tub. Ensuring the walkways are clean and free of debris. Collaborating with the maintenance staff to perform other club projects. GOALS & OBJECTIVES Provide a level of service which shows members that TPC prioritizes cleanliness at the facility. Work as a team with the maintenance staff and employees. Promote TPC safety goals and actively work towards ensuring a safe working environment Accurately record daily work schedule by clocking in and out  Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Actively further corporate objectives and continuously support improvement and positive change WORK SCHEDULE Part Time with the opportunity for Full Time employment 20+ hours per week 5 days a week 4+ hours per morning COMPENSATION Hourly rate of $20 per hour
