ON SITE MAINTENANCE/PROPERTY MANAGER FOR MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY (San Francisco) The Property: This is a 6 story 40 unit apartment in the Tenderloin on the corner of Turk and Leavenworth. The 40 units consist of studio apartments and one bedroom apartments. There is no parking on the property. Position Summary: This position is part time and includes a studio apartment unit on the property. The on-site maintenance/property manager must have previous general maintenance experience, must have tools, must be able to lift 60 pounds from a standing position, must be energetic, must have strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. The maintenance/property manager must take initiative to seek solutions to problems unique to the complex in a manner requiring minimal supervision from the Regional Manager. Terms of Employment: Must be able to work approx. 4-5 hours a day. This position is perfect for someone who has another job that allows them to work from home. ***** MUST SHOW PROOF OF FULL COVID-19 VACCINATION ***** Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communications a must. Must be dependable, reliable and a self-starter. Has experience working with well with others and is self-motivated to complete tasks. Ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in a multi-family apartment environment and is able to address and assist residents competently with their needs or requests. Job Requirements: Primary Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assists with leasing apartments, move-ins and move-outs as required by property's regulatory agreement. Prepare Move-in/Move-out documents Prepare and help track work orders for Maintenance. Perform maintenance duties such as unclogging toilets and drains, fix plumbing leaks, paint, clean and maintain the common area hallways Provide entry for residents locked out of their unit Ensures all monthly rent is collected and serve notices of unpaid rent. Prepare and distribute Lease Violation Notices for manager approval. Order and maintain supplies. Performs additional duties as assigned by management. Compensation includes the unit at no charge and $1500 a month. Multilingual also desired Please email your resume.
