Pet Care Specialist/ pet waste tech MUST LOVE DOGS! Pet Butler, America's Pet Waste Cleanup Service, premier professional "Pooper-Scooper" service and we’re looking for a dynamic, reliable, hard working individual for an IMMEDIATE opening with our outstanding and growing SQUAD! This is a unique position with a unique, growing company! We service 4000+ homes per month and we are growing We are in need of a Part-Time (25-35 hrs./wk.) Field service technician based out of our Fairfield location. This position has the potential to turn into a Full time position. We cleanup, disinfect and remove dog waste from thousands of residential yards and apartment / condo communities across the East bay each week. All tools and training will be provided. You can also play or pet the dog if available. Your Dog's "Business" is Our Business! Responsibilities and Duties Service homes for weekly and one time cleanups removing all dog waste. Leaving our “poop hangers” marketing flyers with homes that haven’t heard about us yet. Applying our deodorizing spray service once a month along the route. Scheduling and maintaining regular car servicing for your company car. Providing support/relief for other route drivers on overflow days. Providing service in inclement weather, rain or shine. Reporting to route location at 7AM Our service hours are from 7AM - 6PM, Monday thru Friday. Typical routes are completed within an 8 hour workday. There will be days that require some overtime. Qualifications and Skills We won't babysit you but do expect you to be: Honest and responsible, Fast and reliable, Friendly and clean Mature and hardworking, not afraid of large or barking dogs A Self starter, Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand, crouch, bend, for long periods Must be able to perform labor intensive tasks in direct sun, cold, and rain. Have the ability to follow directions, 21+and A clean driving record is required to meet insurance requirements. You will be provided with the tools, uniform shirt, a vehicle and on the Job training Requirements General Laborer, landscaping, warehouse, Maintenance, groundskeeping, and driving experience preferred, but not required, we will train the right candidate. Customer service skills are a plus. Must be able to communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful way. Experience around dogs is preferred. We are looking for a reliable, hard working individual who prefers to work autonomously, and is a self starter and motivated for immediate hire. We need a punctual and responsible candidate for this urgent position. Candidates will be required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test. Company requires all employees to be fully vaccinated per Covid 19. Job Type: Part-time/Full time Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour'
