Press release from the Town of Chelmsford: November 2, 2021 The public hearing held on the application of Aggregate Industries for an increase to the License for Storage of Flammables, Combustibles or Explosives on the premises at 16 Oak Street has been continued to the November 15th Select Board meeting. This hearing will be held at Town Offices, 50 Billerica Rd, Rm 204 at 6:00 p.m. In-person and remote attendance will be permitted. Virtual meeting information will be included on the posted agenda.  Notice of this public hearing was published in accordance with M.G.L. ch.148 §13 in the Lowell Sun on October 7, 2021 for a hearing occurring on October 19, 2021.
