Found Near Oakland Estuary and Portobello Complex at 1 Embarcadero West. She is black with white chest. No collar, no microchip. Vet estimates she is around 1 year old. Weighs about 14 lbs. She is not spayed. Friendly, sweet dog. Let me know if this is your dog!
