Currently looking for candidates to work Grounds outside at apartment complexes in the Ft Myers, Cape Coral, & Bonita Springs areas. Day-to-day duties include: clean up, general upkeep of all exterior grounds of the complex, including trash, breezeways, and parking areas, pressure washing, painting, and light maintenance (NO landscaping). Temporary and long term positions available. Pay $15-$16/hour. This position is being offered through our staffing agency and you will be paid once per week, taxes deducted. Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to pass a local background check • Must be able to work outside in the heat
