Drains must be digged out

Look at the picture. These drains ( home Depot drains) are not deep enough digged in. Need 2 or 3 guys to dig out and dig deeper lines so the drains are much deeper in the ground. If someone has experience to check the connections would be great but not a must. Pay $ 25 p. hour per worker Let me know if you've done such a work before and when you can start.
