Part time cleaning tech with light maintenance required. MWF - 7am-11am Job Responsibilities: Pulling dumpsters in the morning Cleaning dumpster room Replacing light bulbs as needed Sweeping and mopping corridors Cleaning bathrooms Cleaning elevators Cleaning lobby area Requirements : - Must pass background check and drug test - Must always be on time - Must know and speak basic English - Must have reliable transportation - Must have a positive attitude - Must work as a team - Must have work references Please send resume or work experience Pay is 800 a month.
