Hello, we are in need of a skilled handyman to do various tasks. We manage a lot of properties, so general repairs, property turnovers, fencing, water heaters, painting, dry walling, plumbing, flooring, etc. Some of the properties are older so you need to be well rounded, experienced and think smart. Working independently, and have problem solving skills are a must. We have a wide variety of miscellaneous tasks and some remodeling in between service calls if you are a good fit. Please do not apply if you a flake, do half ass work, waste time and materials, or don’t show up as scheduled. We need to trust you in tenants homes and would like someone long term as we have on going projects. We are very flexible and don’t need anyone full time, and can schedule around jobs you have already. We just are looking for someone part time and can give you more work if you are a good fit.
