MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty ran unopposed in the General Election, but his allies did not. However, Dougherty's Democratic slate came away with a commanding lead on Election Night against their independent challengers. The "Morristown First" ticket included incumbents Toshiba Foster and David Silva and newcomer Nathan Umbriac.
