I need help in Davis with odd jobs

I need a guy or gal who lives in Davis to help with odd jobs. I tried using a couple of people from Sacramento but they just don't show up after a day or two of driving over. Sorry, I just want someone local who can come by on possible short notice. This is just part time work, not a full time job. Work schedule is flexible. What kind of work? Yardwork - blowing leaves, raking, spreading mulch, tree and shrub trimming, etc. Some fence repair - screwing loose boards in place. Sweeping, moving boxes. Window cleaning - ground floor. I pay in cash by the job and daily. Pay ranges from $13 to $15/hr. There are bonuses for the workers that hustle. And I don't care if you are a guy or gal.
