Doing it for MENTAL HEALTH as well as being READY to gig when the time is right. With that said we need a Funky Bass player, vocals is wonderful but NOT a deal breaker. The drummer is really tasty and is as solid as a metronome. My guitarist is very creative and soulful. I need a player that knows his instrument and is creative. We do covers but there is freedom there. I do not want to sound like the record. Creativity is a must. lol I'm an Artist in a Cover-band World. We all do our homework.... this is very important to each of us. We are well seasoned Artists and dont want to have to drag anyone along... Just sayin... We have fun... but we do work. We leave each rehearsal feeling Happy and accomplished and maybe a bit more "normal" at least for the moment. Each person takes Covid19 seriously and practices social distancing in the other parts of their lives. It is VERY important as I care for older VETERANS and they are Immuno compromised. There is a wide variety of that I cover. Funk, Rock, Soul, Smooth Jazz. You wont be bored. No Ego's please... LOL each person in this has the chops, so leave Ego at home, no time for it! We all encourage and acknowledge each other... makes for great Comradery and Mental Health. Times are very weird, and as a Business owner in the Healthcare field, we need to ALL realize that this Pandemic is affecting everyone. We are trying to create something special (we are being successful) and also give ourselves something to look forward to each week, for our MENTAL HEALTH. Yes we want to play out....
