Seasonal Order Fillers $15.00/hour. Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Using pick tickets and handheld scanners, individuals pull product and assemble orders for shipment. Requirements: Ability to read and understand pick tickets and bin locations. Must be able to read and understand verbal directions in English. Manual dexterity, using both hands and fingers in handling and grasping; reaching with arms/hands, attention to detail, good hand/eye coordination and ability to stand for eight hours per day, walking throughout and able to lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to perform repetitive work. May be trained as a Manifest Operator or Packer. Projected end date 12/30 Seasonal Customer Service Reps $16.00/hr- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. From 12/6-12/17, hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Individuals will take incoming calls from consumers and enter orders into system. Will also input mailed/emailed, and faxed orders, and take calls regarding product questions or concerns. Input customization orders and proofread own work for printing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input is of utmost importance. Requirements: Ability to sit at computer monitor and input data up to 8 hours daily with good typing and 10-key/number entry facility. Strong verbal communication and computer skills. Good spelling, grammar, punctuation and attention to detail. Customer service or customer contact experience required. Must be able to work the Friday after Thanksgiving. Projected end date 12/17
