We (drums/percussion and guitar/voc/keys/guitar synth ) need a high enregy calm humble kind pro minded with a fine skill set with a succeed attitude and all it takes, gear, trans, skills, focus and you not in another band to burn our time.
Live this goal and you will be somthing you thought did not exist still. You have balls and the gear and chops to paint a great picture with fellow artists. If your not understanding this then its proubally not you for the job.
