Finish each other's songs?

I've got a bunch of songs in various states of completion. I'm looking for a collaborator who'd be interested in helping me finish and record at least some of these songs. Age and gender not important, and it doesn't matter what instrument you play (though it might work best if you played guitar or keyboards). I'm not a beginner; I've been a musician for many years; have already made albums and played in professional bands. I just work better with someone I can bounce ideas off of. Looking for: -Good communicator -Encouraging -Holding me accountable for finishing stuff -Has experience with how a song works If you had some unfinished songs lying around, I'd be happy to do the same for you. These unfinished songs are in different styles, but I'd say most of them fall into a guitar-based indie-rock vibe, with some psychedelic or experimental edges. Some are more fully formed and already have lyrics; some are just short riffs I've recorded on my phone. This could develop into more of a band situation down the road, but for right now I just need help sorting out the good stuff from the mediocre and recording them as polished demos.
