Flash Mob Robbery: 13 Men Steal $100K At Northbrook Louis Vuitton

NORTHBROOK, IL — Another month and another flash mob robbery has been reported at the Louis Vuitton store in Northbrook Court. At 12:50 p.m. Monday, police responded to a report of a retail theft in progress. Approximately 13 men, wearing gloves and masks, entered the store and stole several items, valued at $100,000, according to police. The offenders fled the scene in three vehicles, each with a driver, waiting nearby. No one was injured, and no weapons were displayed during this incident, according to police. The investigation is ongoing. The incident follows a similar one on Oct. 5 when eight men stole around $66,000 in purses and luggage. The incident happened at around 6:45 p.m. at the store located in Northbrook Court. When police arrived at Northbrook Court for that incident, the men were no longer on the scene.
