NORRISTOWN, PA — An equipment issue at a pair of voting locations in Montgomery County has led to polling hours being extended there by an hour, officials announced Tuesday afternoon.
Equipment was delivered to the wrong locations in Norristown Tuesday morning, leading both Gotwals Elementary School and Cole Manor School to delay their opening.

Those two locations will now close at 9 p.m. All other polling places will close at 8 p.m.
It's unclear exactly what caused the mistake.
"Montgomery County sincerely apologies for the inconvenience this has caused voters at these two polling locations," the county Board of Elections said in a statement.
Gotwals and Cole Manor cover Norristown precincts 2-2 and 2-3, and East Norriton precincts 2-2 and 2-3.
No other polling places in Montgomery County were impacted by the issue.
