DELAWARE COUNTY — Polls are closed in Delaware County, and that means election results are coming in for the Delaware County Council race. The council, which is wholly controlled by Democrats, could see two Republicans join: Frank Agovina and Joseph Lombardo Jr. Incumbent Kevin McFadden is joined by newcomer Richard Womack on the Democratic ticket.
