The identity of the third person found dead in the home has not yet been announced. All three people appeared to have died from gunshot wounds, according to Cpt. Gerald Vogel of Westlake police. Authorities are still investigating how the three knew each other. Westlake police didn't immediately respond to Patch's request for more information. Police are investigating the deaths as the result of a murder-suicide, Vogel told News 5. There are no "outstanding persons of interest" remaining in the case, meaning everyone involved in the shooting was likely found in the home. Westlake police is working with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner to investigate the deaths.
