FREMONT, CA — Diwali — a festival celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and some Buddhists — will be observed in Fremont Thursday. The City will close roads from 4 p.m. to midnight near Gurdwara Sahib, 300 Gurdwara Road. The City provided this list of closures: Gurdwara Road (between Grau and Mission Blvd.) will be partially closed for the eventNo left turn will be allowed from Gurdwara Road onto Mission BlvdNo left turn will be allowed from Mission Blvd on to Gurdwara Road
