Looking to hire 4 people interested in a one day gig for 5 hours. We are looking for event setup staff for a wedding event July 23, 2022. The pay is $35 per hour, for 5 five hours. If you are selected, you will get an email giving specific directions to the venue, as well as an outline of your duties. You will also receive a follow up email 2 weeks prior to the event date in which you must respond back. No response means you are no longer interested and we will move on to the next person looking to work. If you are interested please click the following link to apply. Description of duties: Setting up tables and chairs Helping with unloading Placement of signs Placing decorations Setting out materials such as programs, etc. Putting together centerpieces, etc. Other duties as assigned by Event Coordinator Must wear clean white button up shirt long or short sleeve is fine ( no wording on shirt) and black pants, no jeans. Tennis shoes or non slip shoes are fine. Workers will also be provided with a meal free of charge. Hours are 1:00pm-3:00pm and then 4:00pm-5:00pm. Workers must remain on the premises during 1 hour break, if you leave the premises during 1 hour break you will not be paid for the 1 hour. Again, this is a one day event! No other work is provided before this event. Will pay an additional $35 per hour for after event clean up and break down. From 9:30pm-11:00pm. All clean up must be complete by 11:15pm at the latest.
