Peace In The Park Heads To Loma Alta Park In Altadena

ALTADENA, CA — Peace in the Park is returning to Altadena this Saturday with a health and wellness festival at Loma Alta Park. Organizers have billed the event as an "intergenerational celebration" and will feature mobility demonstrations, nature walks and guided meditation sessions. Food trucks, arts and crafts activities and live music will also be at the event, organizers said. The Side Street Projects, My Tribe Rise and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation are sponsors of the event. A previous Peace in the Park event was held at Charles White Park. The free event will be held at the park from 12 to 4 p.m. Loma Alta Park is at 3330 N. Lincoln Ave.
