JOHNS CREEK, GA — Polls have closed Tuesday in Georgia as Election Day comes to an end. Johns Creek voters cast their ballots in the 2021 municipal election, deciding on races for mayor and city council.
The municipal general election was held to fill council member Posts 1, 3, 5 and mayor. A special election was held to fill the vacancy in the unexpired term for City Council Post 2, as a result of the resignation of Council member Brian Weaver. For more information, visit mvp.sos.ga.
Unofficial Results As the votes come in for the mayoral seat, John Bradberry leads with 59 percent of votes, with Brian Weaver with 41 percent, according to unofficial Fulton County results.
