Need part time carpenter and or laborer

Carpenter contractor looking for a part time carpenter. Primarily all types of framing and decks is what we do but we do all types of finish carpentry and remodeling as well. Looking for a guy or guys who can come in occasionally and help out and be given a task or tasks and be left alone to do it but if you are just a good solid laborer we usually have work for that too. We generally pay x ammount of money for x ammount of work and who ever is doing it can create their own wage depending on how fast they move or not. Requirements are being prompt and responsible/accountable. We're not looking for guys who no call no show or guys who are not responsive to communication Or guys we have to constantly chase or baby sit. We pay cash on the spot. Might be a nice deal for a guy who is already full time employed Or otherwise.
