New Construction residential building company is in search of a highly motivated & self-sufficient "punch-out" tech to assist the building superintendents. Job duties will include, but are not limited to, checking on progress of homes, running errands, making repairs such as paint touch-ups, door adjustments, caulking, etc. Pay will be hourly.
