Border Collie needs a new home

Free to a good home. Rocky is a 4 year old, healthy, pure bred border collie that needs a new home. The good; Rocky’s great with all 3 of my kids of varying ages, and has been a great family dog. An extremely loving dog. He’s healthy, energetic and agile. He is crate trained, though not particularly well house trained. The bad; he’s too agile and likes to jump 6ft fences. He has shown aggression toward other dogs. He does not do well with some people, though he has never bit or attacked a person, he will bark and growl at about 2/10 people that he meets with no particular rhyme or reason. He’s done well out in the open, we’ve taken him on remote hikes off leash and camped outside with him. I do not believe a small yard would be workable for Rocky.
