I have 3 home improvement repairs. Jobs can be separated. Will hire for just one repair. Please have some experience. 1. Foundation Repair Looking for someone that knows cement work for repairs on recently purchased older home, with add-on bedroom not supported by the original basement (like a southern crawlspace foundation). The room is held up by a combination of bricks and block around the three exterior walls which are approximately 10 ft. The problem, the current foundation is decades old and crumbling. I need someone that can remove and replace this with either brick or block (30 linear ft.). I was told that a wooden foundation would also be a viable solution. However, I am not sure how that is done and know the cost of lumber is high. Experienced preferred. Pay negotiable $25/hr. - and up or by the job. 2. Repair Rotted Fascia Replacement and sealing of rotted fascia, which will likely involve gutter work. Repairs needed right away before the snow flies. Pay negotiable $25/hr. - and up or by the job. 3.Basement Window Installation Four basement windows to be replaced. Windows and materials provided. Simple install ok with either sealant or concrete.
