Babysitter wanted for 5-year-old; 1 day/week

I'm looking for a babysitter for my son. He's 5 years old and in elementary school. I'm able to take him with me wherever I go for work, but I'm looking for a babysitter to take him when I have things to do where I can't take him with me. Since those days are sporadic, I'll happily pay for the babysitter to watch him 1 day/week guaranteed. It would be preferable if the babysitter is available on short notice (1-2 day notice) to watch him. I'll gladly pay more to have him watched overnight, but I would want a babysitter that is also capable of watching him overnight every once in a while. I also need the babysitter to have a driver's license and be able to both drop my son off and pick him up from school on the day he's being watched.
