Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance/cleaning of buildings/grounds. This position will work primarily on Saturday and Sunday. - High school graduate or equivalent - Pass LiveScan fingerprinting - Good problem solving skills - Good follow through on responsibilities - Ability to work independently - Works well with staff - Ability to address multiple tasks and responsibilities - Must be fully vaccinated for COVID Responsibilities: - Keep facilities clean - Determines and initiates the proper action to complete repairs - Conducts routine and periodic inspections of facilities - Responsible for using power tools and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Ability to lift weights of up to 100 lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding, work from heights. Capable of performing all necessary tasks; stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing, lifting and crawling - Work with outside contractors and report progress to Maintenance Supervisor - Be responsible for and perform any other duties as may be assigned
