5 year old shepherd mix in need of new home

Family dog in need of a new home. We are so sad to have to consider rehoming our sweet girl, Leu. She is a 5 year old, 50lb. shepherd mix who we adopted from Helen Woodward when she was just 12 weeks old. She has been such a fun companion and a wonderful addition to our family. Due to changing circumstances at our home, we are looking for a great new family to take her in and continue to give her an excellent quality of life. Leu is extremely athletic and loves the outdoors (she has been spoiled with a huge yard). Her favorite activities are playing ball, frisbee, and going on walks and hikes. She is very loyal, loving, and extremely well trained. She has never damaged any of our personal items at home and is fully house trained. She is in good health and has always been low maintenance in that regard. We are devastated to have to even explore this option but it is the right thing for our family at this time. The perfect home for her would have outdoor space for her to roam, an owner who is active and outdoors, and no young children. She will probably do best if she is the only dog in the house as well.
