Yes indeed they are letting criminals out of prison early. Even first-degree murderers, serial killers have been let out long before their sentence is served. The public doesn't realize that when they hear, "He was sentenced to 30 years in prison for aggravated murder, rape and robbery". But in oh, say 9 years the prison administration is tired of looking at him so they offer him parole. He's been a good boy in prison.
This happens all the damn time. It isn't liberals fault either, plenty of blame to pass around.
