Searching to fill our Facilities Maintenance position. Including but not limited to the following responsibilities: General repairs: on the buildings and grounds including but not limited to: paint, patch drywall, doors and associated hardware, floors, landscaping related items, trash haul, bulb replacement, change dirty air filters, replacing ceiling tiles, clean/tighten/and grease doors/hardware, check for and repair minor landscaping leaks Electrical: including but not limited to lighting, ballast, troubleshooting, etc. Plumbing: Minor Snakes, Repair/replace sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, minor plumbing, Pay Largely Dependent On Experience. Employee benefits are available after 90 days: health, dental and vision benefits, scrubs allowance, paid time off, Gym membership discounts, Annual health plans for up to 2 pets, Retirement planning, Employee Assistant Program Job Type: Full-time. Hours may vary.
