Steeple Bay Estates is looking for a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to to preserve the good condition and functionality of the community. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC installations and repair, plumbing, etc. Our ideal Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Background Check Required. Job Duties include: Apartment Turnovers General Maintenance Service Calls Tenant Relations Winter snow removal HVAC installations and repair Plumbing Painting Debris removal Preventive maintenance On-call duty for Emergency Maintenance Other duties as needed Position requires previous experience, some plumbing and electrical skills, strong carpentry skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills needed to interact with tenants and vendors. Schedule: 3 days a week 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
