Looking for a new space to lease for an established small personal training/sports performance studio in Carlsbad. Having a hard time finding any space that is open to our industry. Reaching out to the community to see if anyone knows of someone that may have this type of space to lease out. Timing is flexible but looking for the next few months. Lease is up in March. Would like an industrial warehouse space, preferably in Palomar airport area, but open to retail as well. Ideally, 1000-2000 square feet. Please reply to this email if you have any helpful info!
