Calling all repair professionals! Seeking dependable, detail-oriented maintenance technicians of all levels for a variety of positions throughout the Austin area. Day-to-day responsibilities: - Routine building maintenance, including but not limited to minor plumbing, carpentry, machinery, and interior furniture maintenance - Troubleshoot incident reports and perform appropriate repairs - Prepare accurate records for preventative maintenance and perform scheduled maintenance on time - Assemble and move furniture as requested - Landscape and maintain grounds for cleanliness and security You’re perfect for this job if: - You’re a quick, hands-on learner, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities - You have a general knowledge of building and grounds maintenance practices and procedures - You can use and maintain equipment and tools in an effective and safe manner - You can follow instructions and can work independently with minimal supervision - You have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair OR any equivalent combination of training and experience.
