is hiring at their Louisville, KY location. Packers are responsible for the production of our manufacturing product in partnership with the Machine Operator.  A  Packer will also perform duties necessary to prepare product for inventory and shipping. Responsibilities and Duties Set up cartons for packing product. Count and inspect product to ensure they are not damaged or flawed prior to packing. Make minor adjustments to forming machines to maintain quality and productivity. Perform basic quality control checks (measuring, weighing, counting, and appearance).  Prepare and assist in job change activities. Prepare product for inventory and shipping. Completion of all reworks activities. Will maintain good housekeeping around forming machine and packing line. Skills Required: Must be a self-starter and be detail oriented. Must be willing to work OT/Weekends/different shifts as needed. Must have knowledge of safe operation practices. Must possess a “can do” attitude and demonstrate great work ethic through work history.  For Safety reasons this positions requires steel toed boots and protective ear plugs (ear plugs provide by Party City).
