Temple in northern Westchester looking for daytime maintenance staff. Reporting to the Executive Director this position works 40 hours per week with supervisory responsibility over an Evening Maintenance Person. Duties include: Set up for school and programs General maintenance: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, clearing of gutters, washing windows, painting Diagnose and address minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues Serve as point of contact for outside vendors when needed Create maintenance calendar Inventory maintenance supplies Work within a budget Requirements Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to pass background check Must have reliable transportation Some night and weekend work may be required Previous employment in a school or similar is preferred
