Older Cat needs Quieter and Calmer Home

My older cat needs a calmer and quieter home with no other pets or loud children. He is not a cuddler, but is very affectionate and often times prefer getting petted than even eat! His easy going nature makes him the target for my other cats to bully him and they frequently steal his food. Loud and sudden movements spook him and he'll often run and hide. He would be ideal for someone older or who lives alone. He is black, fixed, and has a docked ear.
