We are seeking landscaper/porters for Apartment complexes ASAP! Positions are currently available!!! All positions start off Temporary or Temp-to- Hire. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has work experience in property maintenance, hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles. Has excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, and takes great pride in the quality of their work. Landscapers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Job includes but no limited to: 1. Mowing/edging/blowing 2. Garden maintenance 3. Property clean up 4. Maintaining curb side appeal (curbs and sidewalks included); 5. Maintain cleanliness of Streets and Play area; 6. Maintain cleanliness of the area surrounding the Leasing Office.
