Part-time Maintenance Person Needed **NO PHONE CALLS, APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED IN PERSON ONLY** Great opportunity for a “Semi-retired” person. Guaranteed 20 hours per week. Dedicated hours 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Rotation on-call is required. Earn paid time off & eligible for holiday pay. $15.00-$17.00 hr. depending on experience. Must have overall maintenance experience. Plumbing and electrical skills are required. Must be self-reliant, and have above average problem-solving skills. Will be responsible for sidewalk & entryway snow removal & ice melt duties. Must pass criminal history background check.
