AWD Gutter Crew Lead American Window and Door is a construction company based in Kanas City, MO. We offer our customers service in windows, doors, decks, siding and gutter. This means that our installers receive a variety of experience and education from day to day. We have W2 employees, not 1099. We invest in the growth and development of our teams and each member. We believe in educating and elevating as individuals so that we can all work better as a team The Position: We’re looking for a Gutter Crew Lead. The pay range we’re offering is $28 to $35 per hour starting based on your experience and diversity with the above listed trades. As well as your leadership experience. We offer PTO accrual and paid holidays. Requirements: • 2+ years Gutter Experience required for crew lead. • 1+ year experience in a leadership preferred. • A desire to learn and improve yourself • Strong work ethic and a drive for efficiency and quality. • Positive attitude and a problem solver mentality. • Personal Hand Tools or agreement to utilize company hand tool purchase program. • We are a Drama free work place. Responsibilities: • Under the supervision of the on-site lead and Project Manager you will assist in the completion of a variety of construction projects. • Complete company required reading. • Perform work in a quick efficient manner with an eye for quality. • Be willing to learn and grow. • Educate crew members on the intricacies of gutter installation.
