Seeking patients/caregivers for a PAID SURVEY on medical conditions

An innovation and design team is looking for people (patients and caregivers) to talk about medical conditions nationwide for research. If selected, participants will be invited to take a survey lasting 15 minutes, compensating $50 for this time before 11/15/21. Research is completely confidential and no identifiable information is shared in the final results/insights.
