Need Door Installed in Basement / Other Items

I need a door installed in my basement. It is a very large opening so it will need a filler at the top. Please see picture. I will pay for the labor and time to acquire materials. Materials I will pay for at cost with receipt. I also need a toilet repaired and a couple of other items done. The main job is the door and toilet. Please text me if interested; 248-346-2913.
