We are seeking a Multi Family Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep property, mechanical equipment, and structure of the property in repair. Responsibilities: Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Experience in plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair. Completing service requests within 24 hrs. of submission. * Preparing vacant apartments for the new residents. Painting, drywall repair, light plumbing repairs, and preventative maintenance a must. • Attention to detail and a self starter. • Swimming pool certified is preferred. • Perform routine and emergency maintenance. • On-call required as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload • Driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Employer paid health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation
